Mars Bar Ganache

You will need:
  • 3 x 58g Mars bars
  • 75ml cream
How to:
  • In a double pan or bain marie, completely melt the Mars bars, stirring all the time
  • Add the cream, stir.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Spread over your cake.
