- 170g softened, unsalted butter or margerine
- 350g icing sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- A little water or milk
Method:
- Beat butter a little to soften more
- Add icing sugar a little at a time
- Add cocoa
- If it's too stiff for covering your cake, add a little water or milk
- Cover your cake
Flavour options:
Add a little flavouring to taste, for example
- Vanilla
- Mint
- Orange
- Caramel
