Mars Bar Frosting

You will need:

  • 2 x 58g Mars Bars
  • 125g unsalted butter
  • 500g icing sugar
  • 1 t-sp vanilla extract
  • 1 tb-sp milk
How to:
  1. Melt the Mars bars and butter over a low heat, stir frequently until blended
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Allow to cool for 5mins at least
  4. Add the icing sugar, vanilla and milk
  5. Whisk vigorously until smooth
  6. Spoon over cake and allow to drip down sides
  7. If you'd prefer it thicker, add a little more icing sugar
