- 2 x 58g Mars Bars
- 125g unsalted butter
- 500g icing sugar
- 1 t-sp vanilla extract
- 1 tb-sp milk
How to:
- Melt the Mars bars and butter over a low heat, stir frequently until blended
- Remove from heat
- Allow to cool for 5mins at least
- Add the icing sugar, vanilla and milk
- Whisk vigorously until smooth
- Spoon over cake and allow to drip down sides
- If you'd prefer it thicker, add a little more icing sugar
